Intelligent Novel IMF D-SWARA—Rough MARCOS Algorithm for Selection Construction Machinery for Sustainable Construction of Road Infrastructure

The quality of road infrastructure largely depends on the construction and adequate machinery. In order to reduce uncertainties improve performance infrastructure, it is necessary apply modern appropriate aim this study was create a novel integrated multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model for selection pavers middle category roads. A total 16 criteria were defined then divided into four main groups, basis which 12 evaluated. Improved Fuzzy Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (IMF SWARA) with D numbers D-SWARA) extended determine significance machinery based two groups experts.
